I want to unsubscribe
- - I have tried to unsubscribe from Seeking Alpha emails for months, but they persist.
- - Questions about standard aspect ratios and custom cropping in post.
I have tried for 6 months or longer to unsubscribe from all seeking alpha emails. I have checked Un-subscribe both in Outlook and in individual emails.
I have tried to Block Sender, I have tried marking them as Spam or Junk. I receive an email once telling me that I was unsubscribed form all emails but they persist. How do I get rid of them? My question is why you have to be locked into the so-called standard aspect ratios in the 1st place?
Why can't you simply custom change the cropping to any size you feel works best for a given photograph in post-production. Why shouldn't you crop to 3.25:1.;76 (or whatever) if it gives you the feel and look you think work ls best? When someone views my image on a computer monitor, I believe they are thinking about the content and feel of the image rather than it's size. I have had custom framing and matting sized appropriately to match the image size.
Is it because some formats work better on social media platforms which may limit what you submit? I have pondered this for a long time and would love to hear other opinions. Did 1 month trial subscription. did not receive one email from them. i went online to my account several days and cancelled my acct. they charged my CC $2400 anyway.my CC for $2400.
any communication of any sort would have been more professional. now the effort to get a credit put back on my card. thank you seeking alpha!

Its a great service. I used it daily when I was trading on my own. The only reason Im canceling is because I dont trade on my own anymore.
Problem link to Schwab

SA usually has good service. But not today.

I am unable to login on the web. I have recently updated my password. It says the new password is accepted, but I cannot log in.

I did everything I was supposed to do and I still can't get on the site
- - They required a photo ID (front and back) and a selfie.
- - After confirmation, I couldn't enter the game and support was unresponsive.
They asked for a photo ID so I took a picture of it front and back and ask for a selfie so I did that and they said everything was confirmed but when I went to get into the game they said there was a problem I had to get a hold of customer support well I've tried customer support pretty much all day there's a number in New York it doesn't work no one answers
- So i will know the next time how to approach a game site

What does it say about all your services if you can't even provide a correct number for customer service.
Also, your Premium Service is not working out too well either. When trying to access a paper written today about Fluence Energy I am directed to sign up for Premium Service which I already have.
This should never happen, but if it does there should be a way to self correct this. Pitiful!
